Bountiful Thanksgiving Offerings at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

This Thanksgiving leave the work to the talented and award-winning chefs of the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. The visionary culinary team has designed a menu with elevated classics and traditional offerings sure to entice every palate. Celebrate this holiday season in the idyllic atmosphere of Ko’Sin restaurant while enjoying stunning views of the nearby Sierra Estrella Mountain Range.

Ko’Sin will offer a Traditional Four-Course Prix Fixe menu for both lunch and dinner on Thursday, November 24th from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Entrée selections include; a quince braised short rib with smoked carrot and charred cipollini onions, roasted turkey served alongside sage stuffing, buttered root vegetable and thyme gravy, and a kale pappardelle made of Sonoran wheat, wild mushrooms, acorn squash and garnished with shaved pecorino.

A Thanksgiving gathering would not be complete without an array of seasonal indulgences prepared meticulously by the resort’s talented pastry team. Sweet and tempting offerings include a spiced pumpkin pie with a ginger snap tart shell or all shades of chocolate made from devil’s food cake, decadent chocolate mousse and caramelized white chocolate.

This four-course dinner is $69 for adults and $60 for seniors. A junior version of the turkey dinner is available for $20 for ages 12 and younger and children ages four and under eat free from the holiday menu. Select entrée features will also be offered at the resort’s Lobby Lounge.
