I have a HUGE apology to make as I pulled winners last week and after I had contacted them and posted I was notified that a winner would not receive the prize due to international law conflicts so I GREATLY apologize. However, the winner will be receiving a consolation item (on my dime) because I feel only fair that they won without bias and trickery. I have the “snipping” tool on Windows Vista. So it is like a screen shot of whatever you want to snip. Almost like scissors for the web. My sister actually showed me, it is my fave tool for picking winners. Especially since I am NOT savvy with computer stuff….which is why I married a PC guru of a husband. If I get stuck…he helps!
